CONTRACT SPECIALIST
Responsible to ensures that all tenders or agreements are reviewed in accordance with internal procedures. This includes ensuring that all tenders or agreements are subjected to legal, tax, and credit reviews.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering. Master’s degree in Law/Business/Engineering would be a plus.
• Advanced computer skills (the Microsoft Office applications and the Internet).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic awareness of contract law and related legal concepts including practical application in a business environment, in particular, upstream oil and gas operations.

Finance Accountant ($$ Negotiable)

Responsibilities
• Responsible for Invoicing & Collections /Debtors monitoring /Petty Cash & Expense Claims Disbursement / Stock & Fixed Asset Reporting
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations and financial reports for month end closing
• Responsible for management of debt collections through active follow up and reporting, proper management of petty cash and employee expense claims, accurate reporting for stock and fixed assets.
• This position requires close liaison with Customers, Auditors and Tax Agents.
• Reporting to Financial Controller
Requirements:
• Max age 26 years old
• Graduate in Accounting/Finance from a reputable overseas or local university
• 2-3 years working experience in related position or audit experience in Big 4 accounting firm ( Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
• Knowledge in Indonesia GAAP and IFRS
• Invoicing & Collections experience preferred
• SAP Knowledge preferred
• Well knowledge in English both oral and written
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and committed to deadlines
